Lora on 2SS posted a blog challenge about quotes. One of the quotes I have always liked is:

“No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” Eleanor Roosevelt

This is so true. No matter what anyone says to hurt you or ruin your day, don't let it.
You know you are a good person and can't let anyone take your happiness away. You just
need to remember if you don't allow it (consent) then it won't get you down.
